Ponder slowly and consciously on your body from head to toe. With thankfulness and attentiveness reflect on the individual members and senses in the presence of God who has entrusted them to you. What immeasurable gifts all the body "functions" are which we so easily take for granted - and which are noticed only when we are sick, in pain or suffering a break-down. Begin with your forehead, your eyes, your nose and so on...
